ULMS Momma Love - A Resource Fair Celebrating Black Motherhood

 The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle warmly invites the community to join us for Momma Love: A Healthy Kids, Healthy Communities Resource Fair celebrating Black motherhood! This gathering is designed to create a  safe, supportive, and empowering space for young Black mothers to connect, reflect, and access resources that support their well-being and their families.

 There will be health & wellness workshops, access to local therapy, free food, and endless kids activities!

 EVENT AGENDA
 In the Morning: A facilitated wellness workshop with a licensed therapist, along with educational sessions on protecting children from lead exposure. 

 In the Afternoon: Catered lunch, shaved ice, on-site lead testing for children 6 years and younger, and a mental health resource fair with connections to free therapy sessions!  

 KIDS ACTIVITIES 
  Face painting, bike helmet fittings, a canvas paint-a-long led by @TineshaHarmon, games, a reading corner, and more!
