| Creates an inclusive environment where all members of the community feel valued and respected regardless of their differences. TCD&IC advocates for marginalized community members, provides DEI training and educational resources to local businesses, and holds neighborhood events to create cultural competency and awareness. TCD&IC members are representative of the Tri-Cities’ diverse population, including different ethnicities, religious beliefs, socioeconomic statuses, physical abilities, career experiences, gender identities, and educational backgrounds. | |
