5th Annual Hour of Code - Seattle, WA. FREE!
The Hour of Code™ is a program, launched in 2013 by Code.org, to give every kid in America an hour of computer science instruction. Every year, during Computer Science Education Week, schools, businesses, and volunteer groups are encouraged to hold Hour of Code™ events and spread this powerful knowledge.
Seattle CoderDojo is proud to present its 5th annual Hour of Code™ event in partnership with Amazon.com at their beautiful and capacious downtown Meeting Center. We will have a selection of lessons available for all ages, from pre-readers to teens.
We're also proud to welcome Amazon Future Engineers and their teen guests who will be working on exciting new Hour of Code™ lessons featuring Amazon technologies like Alexa and Amazon Web Services.
