NAACP Vancouver General Meeting

Featured presentation will be "Know Your Rights at Traffic Stops". We will also have guest Anderson DuBoise III from REAP, which is a year-round multicultural youth leadership program committed to empowering the next wave of leaders. REAP works with students in grades 3rd through 12th, who represent our most at-risk student population. Register via the NAACP Vancouver website
