Join Urban Games Seattle and Providence Swedish Health network on Saturday October 29th for SelfCare Saturday - a free event - for a day of community and health information at Seattle's Garfield Highschool - Teen Life Center. Bring the family!

The event will feature a community panel discussion on health & wellness/ Health & Wellness University (10:30am - 12pm).

Free Massages (by sign up);  Free Pilates & Yoga Sessions (12 - 4pm / By sign up - Please bring your own mat)

Free Sound Bath Sessions (By sign up - Please bring your own mat); Neighborhood Walk & Double Dutch with Girl Trek (4 & 4:30pm)
