Deputy Assistant Director Recruitment

The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is recruiting for a Deputy Assistant Director!

The Deputy Assistant Director acts on behalf of the Assistant Director and has lead responsibility for administrative functions, strategic & business planning, budget, finance, information technology, policy development, performance measure development & management, government relations, and provides continuous quality improvement activities for the division. The Deputy Assistant Director is expected to participate with inter and intra-agency committee’s that develop policies, set priorities, addresses emergent policy issues, and recommends policy changes. In addition, will lead rulemaking efforts on behalf of the division, assist the division in resolving strategic policy and organizational issues through research on best practices of the public and private sectors.
